Boys Town National Hotline: Trained counselors are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week for parents or kids in times of stress or just for information.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: Having a child with a disability like ADHD, Autism, or a physical health issue can be extra stressful. The Lifeline provides 24/7 free and confidential support for people in any kind of distress. Prevention and crisis resources are also available.
